Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at the end of the current period at any time. There are no cancellation fees.

What happens after the trial?

The 14-day trial is free and non-binding. You won't be charged during the trial. After it ends you decide whether to continue.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. On upgrade we only charge the prorated difference for the remaining time.

What about my data on downgrade?

Invoices, contracts and helpdesk tickets are kept indefinitely — even after a downgrade (legal retention). They simply become read-only and can no longer be created or edited.

Do I need a minimum number of users?

No. Every plan starts at one user. You only pay for the active members in your organization.
